ABOUT KELLUM HALL
Welcome to Kellum! Kellum Hall is located on the West Side of The Florida State University's campus. Our building is comprised of Ten floors, housing a large array of students each and every year. Some of the amenities that Kellum comes readily equipped with include a front desk that is opened 24/7, a Parlor perfect for both social activities and studying, a TV room, a recreational room complete with a pool and ping pong table, five additional study rooms, an ice machine, a laundry room complete with eleven washers and six dryers, and three full kitchens.

Our Rooms
Kellum is a community style residence hall. We are equipped with two community bathrooms per floor. Within each bathroom is three private shower stalls. three restrooms, and a sink. Our maintenance staff keeps our community restrooms and hallways clean. Each floor has two wings, each wing having its own resident assistant that is there to work as a resource for you. If you have any questions about living in Kellum or life on campus, feel free to ask your resident assistant. Our rooms within Kellum Hall are, for the majority, built to house two students. You are your roommate will share a space that is similar to the one pictured above. Each room comes equipped with two dressers, desks, chairs, mirrors, and beds. The room also comes with a provided refrigerator and a sink. The beds and closets are both built-into the room.

Our staff dedicates much of their time and energy to creating a home away from home for all of our residents. We strive to make Kellum a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. Kellum is unique in the fact that we have the biggest staff on campus. With 19 resident assistants, Kellum is constantly working to make your stay here not only enjoyable, but also memorable. We would like to be able to say that we were able to make your year with us special. We hope that, by the end of the year, you will be able to say that the friends you made here, laughs you had, and the things you learned will last you a lifetime.
