What is Hall Government?
Hall Government is our very own, student run, and student elected committee of dedicated individuals. Our Hall Government members are residents who lived within Kellum and are interested in making your year with us as exciting as possible. Hall Government is crucial in setting goals for our year. Each member of hall government is responsible for planning programs that are open to the entirety of the building. Hall Government is composed of Executive Board and the general body. The Executive Board is made up of an elected group of officials that oversee the general direction that hall government is heading. The general body of hall government is made up of floor representatives and individuals that are interested in becoming more involved within the community. If you are interested in getting involved with hall government, swing by one of our general body meeting every Wednesday at 7:30 pm and find out what you can do to contribute!
10,000 Hours- The Kellum Kares Project
Kellum Kares is Kellum's very own service committee. cosponsored by Hall Government, Kellum Kares is currently spearheaded a unique challenge- to collect 10,000 hours of community service as a building. If you have completed any community service hours, please follow the following link to log your hours through FSU. Make sure to do your hours through Kellum Hall! As we reach milestones together as a building on our journey to the 10,000 hour marker, Kellum will be hosting different socials. If we reach our 10,000 hour mark, we will host a Lucy and Leo's cupcake social!
September 23rd
Wizarding World of Kellum Hall- Kellum Hall took a trip to Hogwarts complete with house sortings, wizarding treats, and a viewing party of the final two Harry Potter films.
Feburary 10-14th
Carnation Sales- Hall Government fundraised money for the American Heart Association through the sale of Carnations for Valentine's Day sweethearts.
Febuary 23rd
Ra Appreciation Day- Hall Government Hosted a program honoring our hardworking RA's.

Along with the programming that the RA's put on, Hall government hosts its own programs. Hall government puts on programs for residents to attend. If you think that you would be interested in planning and spearheading your own programs, meet with a Hall government official to find out how you can be of service.
