FRONT DESK
HOW CAN WE HELP?
Like a good resource, the Kellum Front Desk is always available. Whether you need directions or want to rent out a spatula, there is always someone at the desk to help you. Our staff works endlessly to provide residents with the help they need at all hours of the day. If you have a question about Kellum, or FSU, don't hesitate to ask at the front desk. We will use all our resources to point you in the right direction.
USING YOUR SOCIAL FEE CARD
Upon arriving at Kellum, you were given a social fee card. This card lets us know who lives in Kellum and who does not, but it can also give you access you a large inventory of supplies behind the desk (as long as you paid for it).
DON'T FORGET:
1. You must have your social fee card and driver's license with you when you rent something out.
2. You CANNOT rent anything out after 10:30pm.
3. All supplies MUST be returned to the desk by 11:00pm.
4. If you use a vaccuum, empty it out before you return it.
5. If you rent out a cooking supply, it must be thoroughly washed and dried before you return it.
6. You CAN be charged for any items that are lost or damaged.
If you would like a board game, cleaning supply, or cooking supply behind the desk that isn't already available, feel free to leave a note in the suggestion box at the front desk. Hall government reads suggestions every week and put aside a budget for such cases. We would also highly encourage you to bring your concerns or suggestions to hall government meetings, every Wednesday at 7:30pm.

REMINDERS
Please keep in mind the following.
- We DO NOT accept packages or lost items. If you need to get something delivered, use your UPS address. All lost items should be taken to the Florida State Lost and Found at the Oglesby Union (second floor).
- If you use a lock out key, you MUST return it within 30 minutes.
- If you are having bug problems in your room, we have a bug list at the desk. Rooms are sprayed only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- The front desk does not deal with maintainance issues. Problems regarding facilities should be taken to the Hall Manager, whose office is located in the basement of Kellum - right across from the game room.
- If you need to talk to the Hall Coordinators, you must set up an appointment at the front desk.
